For an emergency case requiring immediate attention, you take the patient to our Emergency Department or you can call us on (+234) 806-544-7750 . We will give you instructions and directions. Please come as quick as possible to the Hospital. If you need transfer by us, please let us know by phone (+234) 806-544-7750.
As a new patient or a walk in patient the first thing to do is to open a folder for yourself in the Records department which is located behind the Pharmacy and Stores building left of the entrance.
First visit the records department to create a folder and the you will receive the Hospital card, then you will be directed to the right clinic by the record department staff
We have the radiology department where those services can be carried out
Yes.
We have the pediatric clinic in the Hospital but you first need to go to the record department so that your folder can be sorted out or created for in case you are a new patient, then you will be directed to the relevant clinic or the clinic you were referred to.
PT-number is the electronic recorded number for an individual patient just like your folder contains a folder number which is used to identify each patient so also is the PT-number.
Note: The pt before the numbers is not case sensitive i.e it can be a small letter or a capital letter.

You can work into the lab and make the necessary payment and submit the samples as requested so that the test can be performed without necessary going through the records department.
For you to get a prescription you must see a doctor first which you will have to pass through the records department
Do you accept my insurance?
Our Medical Centre accepts most of the Nationally recognized Insurance companies with affiliate.
If this is not your case, or if you have no insurance coverage then you will be expected to pay the bill in cash or credit card at the end of consultation. The original receipt, the signed copy of the credit card bill, the medical report in English and the results of tests performed are given to you in order to be delivered to your private or state insurance for reimbursement.
An estimate of consultation fees and costs, investigations or surgery are available on request.
Do I need referral?
If you have private insurance with an affiliate, the referral can be sent from your insurance company to us. We suggest that you contact your insurance in order to obtain this referral before your visit us.
If you don’t have an insurance coverage, feel free to come to our Hospital in this case you will have to pay for your bills as you are being attended to.
